You'll receive an important follow-up email.

This email will provide a pre-filled SEAP Provider Application and steps to process it. The SEAP Determination Unit requires this application even if you have already received approval to participate in SEAP. The SEAP Provider Application lets the SEAP Determination Unit know which provider you are interested in and other pertinent information. 

Your SEAP Provider Application can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to be processed. If you already have been approved for the SEAP program, there is no waiting period; however, A letter from the SEAP Determination Unit will be sent to you via your SAW account, letting you know either the determination status of your application if you have not received prior approval for SEAP or confirmation that SEAP is aware of your preferred training program if you have already been approved for SEAP. 

Next Steps:

  1. Login to your SAW account over the next few weeks to check on the approval status of your SEAP application. Typically the SEAP Determination Unit sends letters out every Tuesday.

  2. Next, go to the Notices/letter page and click "All letters" on the left of the "Unread letters" section. In the list of letters, look for a "Determination Letter." You should see your letter about your SEAP approval status.

  3. When you receive your SEAP determination letter, please send me a copy via email.

You can also call the SEAP Determination Unit at 1-(877) 600-7701, option # 3, to ask them for an update on the status of your SEAP application.


SEAP privacy policy does not allow me to receive your determination letter directly, so it is essential that you email me a copy; then, I can help you with the next steps in your SEAP training and coaching journey!

Receive your Congratulations & Tuition email!

 Once your application has been processed and approved by the SEAP Determination Unit, you will receive your Welcome/Congratulations & Tuition email, which will show you what you're getting in your training package and provide options for paying your tuition fee. You'll electronically sign your student registration form (different from the SEAP application), and you're all set once these steps are completed! All of your materials for the course will be attached, and you will have the session dates, times, and a link to the Zoom Virtual Classroom with a reminder of the session date and times.
