As your workplace culture consultant, I gather superior data from observing your work environments and workflows and engaging with your staff which I enjoy. Staff members can provide very valuable insight that may be the building block to creating a solution. I also like to know the data from your feedback surveys and know what steps were taken to try and remedy the issues stated in those surveys. I do find that surveys often lack the ability to gain authentic responses most of the time. Reviewing your applicable policies, processes, and procedures to ascertain problem areas and waste, would also be beneficial to creating accurate solutions for your company.
I APPLY WHAT I KNOW
I have a lot of expertise in critical thinking, problem-solving and prevention, managing people, developing teams, and creating holistic environments. Combined with the information above, my experience greatly aids in developing the best answers to the particular set of problems.
